I am a food systems professional with 10+ years of experience working across the nonprofit, academic, and private sectors, supporting initiatives at the intersection of food, public health, and sustainability. My background spans policy research, program operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications, with a focus on helping complex, cross-sector efforts run smoothly and deliver real impact.

I have over 10 years of experience in both internal and external communications and project management, primarily within the food systems and sustainability sectors. Most recently at FoodMinds, I led strategic communications and advocacy initiatives while continuing to consult in a project-based capacity. I managed budgets totaling $1.2 million across 27 distinct project categories, activated cross-functional teams, streamlined collaboration and ensured the timely execution of high-impact deliverables.
In addition to my expertise in project management and strategic communications, I bring a deep understanding of food systems, environmental sustainability and stakeholder engagement. I also excel in event coordination, webinar development and thought leadership development, having collaborated with organizations like Apeel Sciences, the Almond Board of California and Produce for Better Health.

I led the ideation and creation of Global Foodscapes, news and insights from FoodMinds’ Global Food & Nutrition Affairs team. This 2024 issue focused on the ever-evolving definitions of "healthy" from a global regulatory point of view.
